What forms of payment do you accept?
Cruyff Classics Webshop currently accepts PayPal (Visa & MasterCard) and banktransfers for all orders.

How do I pay by credit card?
To pay by credit card, select the PayPal payment option in the checkout process.
After being redirected to the secure PayPal website, you can select to pay WITHOUT a paypal account. Press the "continue" link to proceed.
At the next page just select either MasterCard or Visa and fill in the requested card number and, expiration date and CVC code. Please be sure to use the exact spelling of the cardholders name.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our office. Once it is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 2 days.
I want to return my purchase. What do I do?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Cruyff Classics Webshop. you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)
Included with your order is a Returns Form with clear instructions on how to return merchandise to us for refund or exchange. Complete the Returns Form indicating whether you would like a refund or exchange. Package the merchandise to prevent damage, enclosing the Returns Form. Send the merchandise using registered post or other secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you. Returns are sent at your risk.

After placing an order, you can view the order status 24 hours a day by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at bottom of every page of Cruyff Classics Webshop. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.
